Supplements I Take

CBD Oil
 -
since I've started taking CBD oil regularly, I've cut down on my other supplements. Great for the nervous system! Tons of health benefits!

HMF Replete Probiotic – Genestra - HMF Replete is the highest potency HMF product containing a minimum of 130 billion CFU of L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, B. lactis, and L. salivarius in each sachet. I take about 1/2 tsp when needed.

Natural Calm – Ionic magnesium citrate (created from a highly absorbable proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate). 1 - 2 tsp a day.

Raw Enzymes for WomenGarden of Life – When I was symptomatic, I took 1 capsule before each meal. I gradually reduced this to 1 to 2 capsules a day.

Atomidine – energized iodine for thyroid protection and support. All I need is 1-3 drops every other day.  Protects the thyroid and  energy booster.

Chlorgen Chlorella Whole Algae – Genestra Brands – 2-20 capsules to help me detox when needed.  Chlorgen provides an excellent source of chlorella pyrenoidosa extract to specifically assist with detoxification of heavy metals and chemical pollutants, as well as to increase energy levels. Chlorella, cultured in pure water, is a green micro-algae providing the highest concentration of chlorophyll and phytonutrients, as well as over 70 macro and micro-minerals. Research indicates that regular use of chlorella can help to guard against heart disease, reduce high blood pressure, lower serum cholesterol levels, improve digestion and promote the growth of beneficial anaerobic bacteria in the gut. If you are taking warfarin or blood-thinning medication, do not use.

T-Balance Plus - natural thyroid support. I take 1 capsule two times a day about 4 times a week.

Evening Primrose Oil - overall female health and healthy skin, hair and nails. I take one capsule 3x a week.

Herbal SILICA with bioflavonoids -  strengthens  and supports healthy skin, hair, bones and nails. I take one tablet every other day.
