Prayers, Blessings, & Healing Affirmations

Making your treatment more effective

Power of prayer has been well observed and studied over millenniums. It has been subjected to vigorous tests of science in recent years and proven to be very valuable.
Making a blessing only a few moments before taking your medication or supplements can enhance their effectiveness. It is well known that placebo effect in most of the clinical trials is close to 40%. So do not throw away 40% of your medicine!

How to pray?

There is no right or wrong way to do it. Most important is to make your mind quiet before your prayer and blessing. You can relax by taking a few deep breath, shaking your hands and shoulders, feeling your both feet touching the floor, then focusing your attention on the object of your prayer.
The words are not important as well. God understands all languages. Prayer can be silent. Your intention is what counts.
There are two types of prayer. First one is directed. You ask the Universe or God, what ever you want to happen for your specific issue, like please kill a particular type bacteria, or get rid of headache, etc. Second one is nondirected prayer. In this prayer you leave it up to the Universe or God what to do; you allow yourself to surrender and pray with a deep sense of love and compassion. When scientists compare those two approaches they found that both have worked, but nondirected prayer was more effective.
Another way to enhance the effectiveness of your food, supplement or medication is to energize them through the live energy of your hands. This approached is used in many religions and ethnic traditions. The most common way is to outstretch your palm, directing the middle of the palm to the object of blessing. It is known that in the middle of the palm there is a powerful acupuncture point. Outstretched palm also creates an electromagnetic charge.
So allow yourself to improve the effect of your treatment and healing! It is simple, free and requires only minimal time. – from

In recent years, scientific research has proven that prayer can alter the brain’s neural connectors to a more positive state.

My health dramatically improved when I started to incorporate prayers, blessings and healing affirmations in my everyday life.

We are led to believe that praying is associated with religion. But, no matter what are beliefs, we are all born with a spiritual component. Anyone can pray, anywhere and anytime.

The best time for me to pray is before my breakfast. This is the time that my house is quiet and I can collect my thoughts. I sit right at my kitchen table, close my eyes and clear my mind. I bless and give thanks for my food. I consider food to be nourishment for my body, as well as my mind and soul. I bless my family, my parents, my grandparents, my relatives and the people in my life. I bless those who are suffering and I wish them healing and peace. I thank God for my life, for my family, and for loving, protecting and watching over me.   I ask God for guidance and inner strength to overcome challenges (health, financial, relationships, etc.) I ask God to help me stay positive and to be a positive influence on others.

Healing affirmations are always a part of my prayer ritual. Changing my negative thought patterns that had been with me for many years is a daily challenge. Sending positive messages through affirmations helps me to stay in a positive frame of mind each and every day:

“I wish to be healthy, strong and positive.”
“I am healthy, strong and happy.”
“I am one with God. I am one with the Creator.  I am one with my Higher Self.”
“I am strong with God’s love and light.”
“I am full of God’s love.”

A prayer, blessing or affirmation is all about your intention. There are many beautiful and powerful prayers that are both religious and non-religious.

This version of the ancient Hawaiian prayer, Ho’oponopono,  was given to me by Dr. Gurevich (Dr. Goodsoul)  to help me to retrain my thoughts into a healthy, positive state.

(Prayer used by Hawaiian healer, Morna Simeona)

Divine Creator
Father, Mother, Son as one…
If I, my family, my relatives or ancestors have offended
You, your family, your relatives and ancestors
In thought, word, deed or actions,
From the beginning of creation to the present
We ask your forgiveness…
Let this cleanse, purify, release,
Cut all the negative memories,
Blocks, energies and vibrations,
And transmute these unwanted energies to LIGHT…
It is done.

The words - I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me and thank you, when said with full intention, can be a healing mantra in itself. Being aware of unhealthy thoughts and replacing them with I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me and thank you is a form of  emotional healing. Repeating this mantra puts me in a peaceful and relaxed state. Within  minutes, the  harmful thoughts are gone.  Taking deep breaths, while saying the affirmations, enhances this meditative experience.

Correcting your mind to a healthy state is a daily process. In order to do this, we must undo our egos (sense of self) and be conscious. “As long as the egoic mind is running your life, you cannot be truly at ease; you cannot be a peace or fulfilled except for brief intervals when you obtained what you wanted, when a craving has just been fulfilled. Since the ego is a derived sense of self, it needs to identify with external things. It needs to be both defended and fed constantly. The most common ego identifications have to do with possessions, the work you do, social status and recognition, knowledge and education, physical appearance, special abilities, relationships, personal and family history, belief systems, and often also political, nationalistic, racial, religious, and other collective identifications. None of these is you.” – Eckhart Tolle

This is a simple meditation to undo the ego that was given to me by Dr.Gurevich ( Dr. Goodsoul):

Meditation – Do 5 minutes twice a day – On Waking and at Bedtime
To Undo the Ego and Wake Up

Turn your mind, your thoughts and you day over to the Holy Spirit. Give it back charge and control. Let it be the boss instead of the ego.

Ask the Holy Spirit to help you, forgive, heal and correct your mind so you can experience only what is real and true and of God.

Close your eyes. See a beautiful white light that extends everywhere without limit – soothing, pure love coming toward you: Just before it gets to you, imagine an altar appearing just before you. On the altar, place all your desires, dreams, goals and plans – whatever you think you need to make you happy. Watch them disappear into the light, a gift from God.

Also, place your worries, problems, fears, illnesses, and all sense of darkness, limitations or guilt on the altar. See it disappear into the light. Feel the light surround and envelop you, becoming one with the light, pure love extending in all directions infinitely – feel yourself going on forever; one with God, pure love, pure joy – nothing missing – feeling full and complete. Feel you are the same and one with God. The body disappears. We are everywhere expanding forever in all directions – pure spirit.

Say to God: Father – I love you – thank you for always loving me and creating me exactly like you – we are one. Thank you for always being with me, caring for me, protecting me, watching over me. Thank you  for the experience of being with you forever.

Feel that everyone you have ever known and loved, people, animals, are here with you as one. Get lost in God’s love within the light. Feel the deep love and gratitude you have for God and God’s love for you.

Stay in the silence immersed in the light for 5 minutes. Open your eyes and ask the Holy Spirit to help you remember this feeling of love and oneness with God. Through out the day is anything disturbs your peace or irritates you, make contact with the Holy Spirit and ask it to help you forgive anything in your mind having to do with this, to heal it and correct your mind so that you can know and remember what is true and of God.
